We are seeking an individual responsible for coordinating the onboarding process of new products for our assortment. The main tasks for this role include overseeing the onboarding of new products and managing product data using a standardized format. The person in this position will work closely with suppliers to streamline and expedite the onboarding of assets, such as images, data sheets, and manuals. Additionally, they will supervise the external onboarding process, where selected suppliers handle the creation of product information themselves, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the provided content.

Your responsibilities

• Product Onboarding for our assortment of technical supplies
• Support and consultancy for our Suppliers regarding data requirements, technical processes, and optimization of product data
• Analysis, transformation, and processing of provided data
• Review and improvement of the Product classification, technical specifications, regulations, and compliance
• Follow-up of agreed timeline

Our requirements

• Generic knowledge and product understanding in one of those areas: Electric components / Measurement and Power Supplies / Building technology, Automation and electrical installation / Information and communication technology
• Professional skills in Microsoft Excel
• German B2, English B1

Nice to have

• Experience in SAP R/3 or S/4 Material Management
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical profession
